About Haeundae Beach
Busan's southeast coast meets the Sea of Japan along Haeundae Beach, framed by the Marine City skyline arc and the 411-metre LCT The Sharp, completed in 2019 as the country's fourth-tallest tower. Songjeong Beach in the next bay east draws a younger surf crowd to its open swell, while Gwangalli Beach to the south frames the night-lit Gwangan Bridge across the water. Sea temperatures hold between 24 and 26 °C from July through September, with Gimhae International 45 minutes by metro.
