About Spiaggia La Cinta
On Sardinia's northeast Gallura coast, the five-kilometre arc of La Cinta curves between the local town and the Stagno di San Teodoro, a 220-hectare lagoon where pink flamingos overwinter, while offshore the 565-metre limestone wall of Isola Tavolara closes the bay. South of town, Cala Brandinchi earns its nickname Little Tahiti with shallow turquoise water, and the longer Lu Impostu next door fills with kite-surfers when the mistral blows. Sea temperatures hold 24-26 °C75-79 °F from July through September, with Olbia Costa Smeralda airport thirty minutes up the SS125.
