About Ksamil
Ksamil sits on the southern Albanian Riviera, three kilometres up the peninsula from Butrint – a UNESCO Greco-Roman ruin city whose 7th-century BC Greek theatre and Roman baptistery occupy a tongue of land between freshwater lagoon and Ionian Sea. The village's main white-sand beach faces a cluster of four small limestone islets just offshore, two of them wadable in waist-deep water, while Pasqyra Beach forms a smaller pebbly cove of mirror-clear water immediately south. Sea temperatures climb to 25–27 °C from July through September.
