About Alcúdia (Mallorca)

The Bay of Alcúdia carves a long arc along Mallorca's northeast coast, closed at its outer tip by the wooded Cap des Pinar peninsula. Playa de Alcúdia anchors the southern end with fine sand and the old-town promenade, while Playa de Muro extends north along protected dunes backing onto S'Albufera, Spain's largest coastal wetland. Sea temperatures climb between 25 and 27 °C from July through September, with Palma de Mallorca airport about 55 minutes by the Ma-13 motorway.
